Club Sessions

DUE TO THE ONGOING COVID-19 PANDEMIC WE CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE SESSIONS RUNNING
We are seeking guidance from British Triathlon and Welsh Triathlon on how to return to structured club sessions.

Throughout the year we hold various workshops such as:

  • Coached open water swimming
  • Nutrition
  • Bike maintenance
  • Transition practice
  • Bike Skills

We offer a variety of sessions throughout the week .

Zwift ride (TBC)
Strength & Conditioning (TBC)

WEDNESDAY
18.45 – Social run all abilities

THURSDAY
18.00 – 19.00 Beginners swim session (Caerphilly Leisure Centre)
19.00 – 20.00 Intermediate to Advanced swim session (Caerphilly Leisure Centre)

FRIDAY
20.00 – 21.00 Uncoached swim session (Caerphilly Leisure Centre)

SATURDAY
AM – Ad hoc rides

17.00 – 18.00 Coached swim session all abilities (Caerphilly Leisure Centre)

SUNDAY
Ad hoc rides and runs!
